Build and run the Java services behind ATOCONN's products (AEM, iCRM, iHR and the rest of the platform) and the client systems we deliver. You own features end to end: the Spring Boot API, the data model, and the React screens that use them. What you will do: Design and build REST APIs with Spring Boot, Spring Data and PostgreSQL / MySQL, with tests. Ship the front end for your features in React or Next.js, working from Figma designs. Model data for multi-tenant products: migrations, indexes, and queries that stay fast as clients grow. Integrate third-party systems: payment gateways, SMS and email, Tally and GST APIs, bank and ERP feeds. Review pull requests, keep CI green, and take part in releases and production support rotations. Talk to clients when it matters: clarify a requirement, walk through a fix, or demo a feature. Must have: 1–4 years building production applications with Java 17+ and Spring Boot. Solid SQL: schema design, joins, indexing and query tuning on PostgreSQL or MySQL. Working knowledge of React (hooks, state, fetch/REST) and modern JavaScript or TypeScript. Git, code review, and writing unit and integration tests as part of normal work. Clear written and spoken English; comfortable explaining technical choices to non-engineers.

ATOCONN

Full Stack Developer — Spring Boot track

Own the mobile side of ATOCONN's products and the apps we build for clients: attendance, field sales, hospital and society management, health camps. You build the Flutter app and the API it talks to, so the app is never waiting on someone else. What you will do: Build and maintain Flutter apps for Android and iOS, from UI to release on both stores. Design the REST APIs the app depends on (Node.js or Spring Boot) and the data behind them. Handle the hard parts of mobile: offline sync, push notifications, camera and location, background tasks. Instrument crashes and performance, and fix what the numbers show. Work with designers to keep the app consistent with the web product it belongs to. Support apps in the field: reproduce what a client reports, fix it, and ship the update. Must have: 1–4 years with Flutter and Dart, with at least one app you shipped to the Play Store or App Store. State management you can defend (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider or similar) and clean widget structure. REST integration, JSON, authentication tokens, and secure local storage. Back-end experience in at least one of Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Java (Spring Boot), with SQL. Git, code review, and the discipline to write tests for logic that matters.

Full Stack Developer — Flutter track

A six-month, hands-on internship inside a working product team. You are paired with a mentor, given real tickets from week two, and taught how software is actually built, reviewed, tested and shipped for paying clients. What you will do: Fix bugs and build small features in our products under a mentor's review. Write tests, read logs, and learn to reproduce problems before fixing them. Take part in stand-ups, sprint planning and code review like any other engineer. Complete the structured learning track: Git, SQL, REST, one back-end stack and one front-end stack. Present what you built at the end of each month. Must have: Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in computer science, IT or a related field. Solid programming fundamentals in at least one language (Java, JavaScript, Python or Dart). Basic understanding of databases and how a web application works end to end. Curiosity, willingness to ask questions, and the ability to attend the Kalyan office 2–3 days a week.

Intern Software Developer

A salaried, twelve-month path from graduate to developer. You join a product team from day one, follow a defined curriculum across back end, front end and databases, and are assessed on real work, not exams. Trainees who complete the year move into a Software Developer role. What you will do: Deliver tickets in our products and client projects, with review and mentoring at every step. Rotate through back end (Spring Boot or Node.js), front end (React / Next.js) and mobile (Flutter). Learn our delivery practice: requirements, estimates, testing, deployment and support. Join client calls with a senior engineer to see how requirements become software. Pass quarterly reviews against a published skills ladder. Must have: Degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience. Good fundamentals: data structures, object-oriented programming, SQL basics, HTTP. At least one language you are genuinely comfortable in. Reliable, communicative, and able to attend the Kalyan office 2–3 days a week.

Trainee Software Developer

Run the office and the paperwork that keeps a growing software company compliant and moving: vendor bills, purchase records, statutory filings, client documentation and day-to-day coordination between accounts, HR and delivery. What you will do: Maintain purchase, expense and vendor records and reconcile them with accounts every month. Prepare and file routine statutory and compliance paperwork with the accountant (GST, PF/ESIC support, licences). Handle client onboarding documents, agreements, invoices and renewals, and keep the document register current. Coordinate office administration: facilities, suppliers, travel, assets and inventory of equipment. Support HR with joining formalities, attendance records and employee documentation. Keep the founder's and delivery teams' calendars, follow-ups and MIS reports on time. Must have: B.Com or M.Com; 0–3 years in an administration, accounts or back-office role. Confident with Excel or Google Sheets, email, and one accounting tool (Tally preferred). Organised, accurate with numbers and documents, and comfortable chasing people for what is due. Clear written and spoken English, Hindi and Marathi.

Administrator Officer — B.Com / M.Com

Build back-end services for ATOCONN's products and client systems in Java and Spring Boot, with a senior engineer reviewing your work. A role for someone early in their career who wants to become a strong back-end developer on real, multi-tenant products. What you will do: Build REST APIs with Spring Boot, Spring Data and PostgreSQL / MySQL for assigned features. Write unit and integration tests and keep the CI pipeline green for your changes. Fix bugs reported from production, reproducing them first and documenting the cause. Model tables, write migrations and tune queries with guidance from the team lead. Take part in code review, stand-ups and sprint planning. Must have: 0–2 years with Java; a degree or diploma in computer science or IT, or equivalent projects. Working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST, JSON and SQL, from a job, an internship or serious personal projects. Understanding of object-oriented design, collections, exceptions and basic data structures. Git, and the habit of writing readable, tested code.

Java Spring Boot Developer

Build the screens people use every day in ATOCONN's products and client web applications, in React (Next.js) or Angular, from Figma designs to shipped, responsive, accessible UI wired to real APIs. What you will do: Build pages and components in React / Next.js or Angular from designs, with clean state management. Integrate REST APIs, handle loading, error and empty states, and keep forms robust. Make screens responsive and accessible, and test them across browsers and devices. Fix front-end bugs from production and improve performance where the numbers show it. Review pull requests and keep the shared component library consistent. Must have: 0–2 years with React or Angular, and solid HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript or TypeScript. Understanding of components, state, routing and calling APIs. An eye for layout and detail; you notice a misaligned button. Git, and comfort working from a design file.

React / Angular Developer

Put AI to work inside ATOCONN's products and client projects: assistants over business data, document extraction, forecasting and classification. You build with Python, LLM APIs and standard ML tooling, and you ship features people use rather than notebooks that sit still. What you will do: Build LLM-powered features: retrieval over client documents, assistants, summarisation and extraction, with evaluation. Train and deploy classical ML models for forecasting, scoring and anomaly detection on business data. Prepare and clean data with Python, pandas and SQL, and document what the data means. Wrap models as APIs (FastAPI or Spring Boot) and integrate them into the product with the platform team. Measure quality and cost, and improve prompts, retrieval and models from the numbers. Must have: 0–2 years in ML, data science or AI engineering, or a strong degree project in the area. Python with pandas, scikit-learn and at least one deep-learning or LLM toolkit (PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI / Gemini APIs, LangChain or similar). SQL and the basics of data modelling. Ability to explain a model's behaviour and limits to a non-technical client.

AI / ML Engineer

Keep ATOCONN's products and client systems running: servers, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, backups and the hosting estate. A hands-on role for someone early in their career who likes Linux and wants to own real infrastructure. What you will do: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI) for web, API and mobile builds. Provision and manage Linux servers, VPS and cloud instances (AWS, Azure, GCP), with Docker and Nginx. Set up monitoring, alerting, logging and backups, and respond to incidents within the operations rota. Manage domains, DNS, TLS certificates, email and cPanel hosting for clients. Automate repetitive work with shell or Python scripts and document runbooks. Must have: 0–2 years in DevOps, system administration or cloud support, or strong home-lab / project experience. Comfortable on a Linux shell: services, permissions, networking, logs. Docker, Git and at least one CI/CD tool. Basic knowledge of one cloud provider and of how a web application is deployed.

DevOps Engineer

Learn accounts the practical way: invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, bank reconciliation and GST working papers for a software company and its clients, under a working accountant. What you will do: Raise client invoices, track receivables and follow up on payments. Record purchases, expenses and vendor bills; reconcile bank statements monthly. Prepare GST and TDS working papers for the accountant to review and file. Maintain ledgers in Tally and in ATOCONN's own iAM accounts product. Prepare simple MIS: cash position, ageing, monthly expense summaries. Must have: Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA or equivalent. Basic accounting concepts: debit / credit, ledgers, invoices, GST at a basic level. Good with Excel or Google Sheets; careful with numbers. Able to work from the Kalyan office five days a week for the internship period.

Accounts Intern

Learn B2B technology sales from the first call to the signed proposal: researching prospects, reaching out, booking demos of ATOCONN's products, and supporting the sales team through follow-ups and CRM hygiene. What you will do: Research and build prospect lists for target sectors (education, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, societies). Reach out by phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn to book discovery calls and product demos. Keep iCRM up to date: leads, activities, next steps and pipeline stages. Sit in on demos and proposals, and prepare follow-up notes and quotes with the team. Track what works: channels, messages and sectors that convert. Must have: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline; interest in technology and business. Confident, polite communicator in English, Hindi and Marathi, on the phone and in writing. Sales Intern

Help tell ATOCONN's story: LinkedIn content, case studies, campaign pages, email, SEO and the numbers behind them. You work with the founder and the sales team on a real content calendar, not mock projects. What you will do: Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts, carousels and short videos from the content plan. Write case studies, landing-page copy and email campaigns with the sales team. Maintain the website's blog and insight pages; basic SEO hygiene and keyword research. Design simple creatives in Canva or Figma following the brand guide. Report weekly on reach, engagement, leads and what to change next. Must have: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, mass communication, business or any discipline with a portfolio. Strong written English; clear, concise and free of fluff. Comfortable with LinkedIn, Canva and Google Sheets. Able to work from the Kalyan office five days a week for the internship period.
