About the Role:

Own the mobile side of ATOCONN's products and the apps we build for clients: attendance, field sales, hospital and society management, health camps. You build the Flutter app and the API it talks to, so the app is never waiting on someone else.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain Flutter apps for Android and iOS, from UI to release on both stores.
• Design the REST APIs the app depends on (Node.js or Spring Boot) and the data behind them.
• Handle the hard parts of mobile: offline sync, push notifications, camera and location, background tasks.
• Instrument crashes and performance, and fix what the numbers show.
• Work with designers to keep the app consistent with the web product it belongs to.
• Support apps in the field: reproduce what a client reports, fix it, and ship the update.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–4 years with Flutter and Dart, with at least one app you shipped to the Play Store or App Store.
• State management you can defend (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider or similar) and clean widget structure.
• REST integration, JSON, authentication tokens, and secure local storage.
• Back-end experience in at least one of Node.js (Express / NestJS) or Java (Spring Boot), with SQL.
• Git, code review, and the discipline to write tests for logic that matters.

Good to Have:

• Firebase (auth, FCM, Crashlytics) and app-store release automation (Fastlane, Codemagic).
• Native Android or iOS experience for platform channels and plugins.
• Experience with offline-first apps and conflict resolution.
• React or Next.js, for the admin screens that sit next to the app.
