About the Role:
Learn accounts the practical way: invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, bank reconciliation and GST working papers for a software company and its clients, under a working accountant.
What You’ll Do:
- Raise client invoices, track receivables and follow up on payments.
- Record purchases, expenses and vendor bills; reconcile bank statements monthly.
- Prepare GST and TDS working papers for the accountant to review and file.
- Maintain ledgers in Tally and in ATOCONN's own iAM accounts product.
- Prepare simple MIS: cash position, ageing, monthly expense summaries.
What You’ll Bring:
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA or equivalent.
- Basic accounting concepts: debit / credit, ledgers, invoices, GST at a basic level.
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets; careful with numbers.
- Able to work from the Kalyan office five days a week for the internship period.
Good to Have:
- Tally or any accounting software.
- Exposure to GST returns or TDS.

- GST, TDS and compliance in practice, not just in theory.
- How accounting software is built and used, from the inside of a product company.
