About the Role:
A salaried, twelve-month path from graduate to developer. You join a product team from day one, follow a defined curriculum across back end, front end and databases, and are assessed on real work, not exams. Trainees who complete the year move into a Software Developer role.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver tickets in our products and client projects, with review and mentoring at every step.
- Rotate through back end (Spring Boot or Node.js), front end (React / Next.js) and mobile (Flutter).
- Learn our delivery practice: requirements, estimates, testing, deployment and support.
- Join client calls with a senior engineer to see how requirements become software.
- Pass quarterly reviews against a published skills ladder.
What You’ll Bring:
- Degree or diploma in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good fundamentals: data structures, object-oriented programming, SQL basics, HTTP.
- At least one language you are genuinely comfortable in.
- Reliable, communicative, and able to attend the Kalyan office 2–3 days a week.
Good to Have:
- A completed internship or a substantial personal project.
- Familiarity with Git and a Linux shell.
- Any exposure to Spring Boot, React, Node.js or Flutter.
